He’s clearly a blowhard who is also clearly successful in a sector (real estate)
Which allows such blowhards to be successful.
So one of those good for him. My take is it’s annoying when these guys get elevated in the public sector (business committees than political influence) to act like they’re anything else than a UVSC grad (probably UVCC at the time) who leveraged their way to riches. But that’s mostly me being judgy and jealous 😂.
