I'm going to do all the work you mentioned, but probably not the secondary air
system valves. As I understand it those don't even do anything once the car has started. The challenge will be if they are still throwing a code that turns on the check engine light. I don't like having that light on because I'll never know if/when something else happens that trips the check engine light.
