He needs to have Brony get drafted late in the round by one of the top teams and then go join that team. The Lakers aren't winning another one. LeBron is still one of the top talents in the NBA, but at this point he needs more support than the current cast in LA can provide. Taking games off in the name of load management, he'd really be best suited to join a team where he's the #3 or #4 guy.
Again - if he's really interested in a championship.
If he just wants to play with Brony - he can do that in LA. Have the Lakers pick up his kid as an undrafted FA or in the 2nd round and they can have their time together.
