Did allergy shots 9 years ago and haven't had a sinus infection since.
Used to get sinus infections 2 or 3 times a year prior to that.

It's probably time for some steroids. You'll need a prescription.

Twice daily allergy tabs, Flonase, Neilmed sinus rinses

Agree best: nasal steroid, important rinse.Can also add Montelukast, Astelin.

Shower at night and take medication at night can help. Try all 3 medications.

Allerflo (generic Flonase) can cause headaches, but so can bad allergies.

Zyrtec-D is what works for me. Better than anything else.
