lol. Yeah. For such a serious and talked about rule. It sure is broken a lot. I
think it’s hard for the writers to get creative and interesting plot lines going with it not being broken. Or transversely it’s an easy and kind of lazy way to create interesting plot lines and conflict.

I think Picard cared the most about NOT breaking it. More than any other Star Trek Character.

He’s the GOAT of Star Trek for me. I refuse to watch the new “Picard” though because after just two episodes, he had become so different and not the Picard I grew up loving. I’m not gonna let them ruin him like Disney did with my boy Luke Skywalker.
