Pete The Hope That Kills You
This is 100% me. I'm focused for the last several months on a few things:
1. Intermittent Fasting - I try to only eat between 11am and 7pm.
2. Portion Control - Eating less than I can is still often more than I need.

I'm definitely not faithful in either of these, but I've lost 10 pounds since the beginning of the year. (from 185 down to 175) and I've found that I generally feel better when I'm not overeating.
