5-7 overall and 3-6 in conference. (W: Southern Illinois, Wyoming, Baylor, Arizona St., Houston; L: SMU, Kansas St., Arizona, Oklahoma St., UCF, Utah, Kansas). If that is what happens, it'll be interesting to see where our fanbase is sitting when we are 3-7 overall and 1-6 in conference and on a 5-game losing streak.

Getting to bowl eligibility isn't out of the question with a 6-6 or even a 7-5 record, but it would involve either BYU being better than expected or their opponents being worse than expected (or both).

It's also not out of the question that the wheels com off early and we are entering our game at ASU with a 1-10 record and on a 10-game losing streak. I don't think it's going to happen. But our schedule is tough enough that every game after our first is a game that we could lose.
