Turkish does a great job of targeting those who don’t mind spending a bit more
Time on flights and layovers compared to the efficiency of Emirates.
As mentioned, they make up for it with food and lounge ambience. So for leisure travel it can be worth it.
I like Qatar and Emirates for connection efficiency and reduced total time of travel.
