Kind of like cough syrup but not nearly as strong tasting. This is the kind I have:
For each dose, you dilute the solution in 16 oz of water, drink that, then drink 32 oz more of water over the next 2 hours. I chugged the first and second 16 oz cups and I'm halfway through the third. Pretty easy.
My stomach is starting to bubble a bit. I'm close to the bathroom and ready to go!
