I do however not believe a coach in the big 12 would publicly call out another coach the way Tang did without cause. He believed Glover enough to stand up for him.

It bothered him that pope said he left due to NIL. He thought that made glover greedy.
He wanted to set the record straight that it wasn’t about Kansas coming in and offering a guy more money. It was about a guy leaving a school because of unfulfilled promises.


That is very believable to me that the coach would stand up for his player in that circumstance and if that isn’t how it went down, Mark wouldn’t have kept quiet

But if it is how it went down, he would have and did keep quiet and that’s why I believe it


I have no inside information, but I do have a good feel for what people wouldn’t and wouldn’t do in circumstances.

I think it makes much more common sense that thing was correct and what he said


And in a way of speaking pope was correct and what he said, just not entirely forthcoming

And I think it makes no sense that Coach Tang would make that up

We want to have our guys back, but it was obvious the day It was said that it was true and it still is (to me at least)
And the more we learn about Coach pope the more it seems true.
