He definitely worked hard enough to win as a recruiter at BYU. A lot of factors outa his control, though.
That we're putting forth a better effort at NIL right now is no small part thanx to Mark Pope.
Mark forced our Ath Dept & beyond to swallow hard on some realities they thought they continue to avoid & be okay in the Big 12 (fat CHANCE).
That we put up 5+ mill for our next HC was LARGELY due to Pope as well. I guarantee it.
