My guess is that honestly it might take 6 months or more to replace my labor.
This is not because I am all that exceptional, but rather just that our work is somewhat niche and the hiring pool is extremely shallow.
My actual team has known for weeks now that I am leaving. It's just the manager that I need to tell.
