I saw this thing that was like a watch that gave tiny shocks to the inside of the wrist (NOT accupressure). I thought it was bullcrap--just new age woo-woo nonsense. And it was a hundred bucks. Anyway, to my utter amazement it worked amazingly well. I couldn't believe it! One daughter also had bad motion sickness, so we let her try it--we bought a second one for her!

Now YMMV. I never expected this to work for us--but it did.
