they are lacking, especially with LDS kids who are D1 players and getting offers at other schools.

I can see if they are not Plan A kids, but if an LDS kid is getting P5 offers, they should be getting a reasonable level of love from BYU so that if they do end up better than expected and maybe enter the portal later, BYU may be an option.

I know of 3 LDS kids with D1 offers, 2 with P5 teams, that almost don't hear from BYU at all. 2 of them would probably walk-on to BYU if they had a lot of love and a PWO even with full scholarship offers in hand.
