Like have said many times I’m about commitment and loyality. I grew up that way! When I had a job as a teen I worked hard and stayed committed. It was about more than keeping a job, it was about proving to myself that you can be loyal even under hard times!
I have worked at the same company for 35 years. I’m not the type that jumps ship for a few more bucks. Loyality means more to me. I’m sorry that many young kids today can’t be committed to something.
