The rules were in place long before Liv came around. Play 18 more holes, have a 36 hole cut (you could even still pay them for goodness sake) and kick your worst players off LiV at the end of the year. Do that and they get points easy.

Probably still hurt by the small field size, less depth but that should also help the players get more top tens, and more wins.

Rahm has already indicated that he would like to see these changes…. But he has a different perspective probably, since he clearly regrets making the move to liv.
