And I have no doubt the Coach Young is putting together very specific development plans for each player he's recruiting, and I further have no doubt that Coach is laying out plans for making sure every recruit is introduced to every NBA contact Coach has in his rolodex. And it seems, based on what Coach Young has said, that at least one assistant coach we'll be bringing in will also scream NBA development.
