Pellets have minimal flavor. And most pellets are filler woods with some oil
Added for flavor, or 70% filler and 30% the wood on the label. They’re also expensive per lb for the amount of heat they produce.
It will still be good but if you had them side be side you would instantly be able to tell the difference.
