Highway Patrolman knocked on our door at 1:00am last night. Someone had crashed their vehicle into our front yard again.
This is the third time in <1 year.
Anyway, the point of this post is to see if anyone knows if the culvert pictured below is fixable, or does it need to be replaced altogether. I'd rather not have someone rip up my stamped and stained concrete to replace it if it can be repaired. The driver was insured BTW so I'm not concerned about cost.
