There was no contact agreement, this is how NIL literally works right now. If this is able to move forward I kind of hope Iowa sues the crap out of Kadyn Proctor.

Right now there are zero protections in place for anyone with the way NIL works. So I just don't see this lawsuit working in Jaden's favor.
