Its newish and ripe for advantageous criminals just like all the COVID bailout fraud. Just seems like something that's probably heavily infiltrated by the same element that offers investment opportunities and then cuts and runs with peoples money. I expect tons of stories about fraud in the coming years regarding NIL/collectives.
