have here. Utah isn't known for great restaurants, but there are some spots I enjoy for nostalgic reasons. Most are just fast casual places like Costa Vida, Zupas, Cubby's, Magelby's Fresh, Waffle Love, heck, I even like to stop at Maverick gas stations to get a sugar cookie. I'm not a fan of those soda shops, but my wife likes to stop there when we're visiting.
