Probably a collection of Baker, Knell, Saunders, and Crawford each
getting a few less minutes. It would also possibly reduce the number of minutes Hall and Crawford would share the court together. Here's what a minutes breakdown could look like without Lanier. Some players might be a little closer to 30 and some a little closer to 20, but generally speaking this is what we could theoretically see.

Hall: 25 mpg - (25 PG)
Baker: 25 mpg - (25 SG)
Saunders: 25 mpg - (25 SF)
Knell: 25 mpg - (10 SG, 15 SF)
Crawford: 20 mpg - (15 PG, 5 SG)

Add Lanier to the mix and we have something like this

Hall: 25 mpg - (25 PG)
Lanier: 25 mpg - (20 SG, 5 SF)
Baker: 20 mpg - (20 SG)
Saunders: 20 mpg - (20 SF)
Knell: 15 mpg - (15 SF)
Crawford: 15 mpg - (15 PG)

It's also possible that Saunders plays minutes at the 4 which opens up additional minutes on the wing for other players - so in a roundabout way Lanier signing could reduce minutes from Kozlowski instead of some of the guards/wings.
