Yoeli was a non-LDS recruit. Started investigating the church after committing,
and got baptized after enrolling. He grew up in Utah and was around members of the Church for his entire life so the concept of the Church culture was not foreign to him, though. Regardless, I think Crawford is rated slightly higher than Yoeli was.
