So, schools will be able to pay athletes. That makes them school employees.

What does that mean for state schools? Are tax dollars being spent on student athlete big money? For instance, if U of U pays their QB $1M, are my Utah tax dollars paying for that?

At this point, I’d be shocked if NCAA creates any kind of oversight or structure on this.

The NCAA has officially voted to allow schools to pay their athletes.
