your guys already have airsoft guns, and most of them have more than one gun that they can loan out to guys who don’t have one.

Buy a bunch of ammo and have the ward pay for it or else split the cost per boy. If you have several boys, it should be pretty cheap.

Make sure everyone wears eye and head protection.
