As much as $1M is to most normal people, isn't that a drop in the bucket for a major casino firm like Ballys?

I would think negative stories running that they are refusing to pay would hurt more than the payout. Negative PR that they don't pay has to be something they are really worried about I would think.

I would think they would settle really fast to make sure this story never got out.
