But you are paying Clear to cut you to the front of someone else's system.
I think that is what the bill is really getting at.... If CLEAR wants to run THEIR OWN screening system, and have people pay for that service, that is fine. But paying to Clear to just jump to the front of the line in the TSA system is unfair.
THAT could be interesting ... having DIFFERENT screening services available at the airports, with different competing companies.....
