Someone recently posted on the board that the NBA doesn’t want NBA owners to be big donors to NIL. They cited the example of another NBA owner that was a big booster of another college and that the NBA asked the owner to stop/limit his donations.
1) Is this confirmed?
2) if yes, do we know if the NBA is asking Ryan to limit his collective donations?
Only reason I ask is because he’s seemingly involved in every NIL convo we read on the board so curious how our strategy evolves if he’s no longer in the mix of major potential donors.
If it’s not confirmed / bad intel then carry on!
