.....because truthfully there is no evidence that Chad physically killed them....but the prosecution does has proof that Lori and Chad together conspired to eliminate the kids and Tammy. So while he didn't physically kill the kids he is culpable for their murder.

Stupid thing about this is nobody had to die....Lori and Chad could have just got divorced and married each other.....but they are both evil idiots
