I don't for a minute think that's accurate. People are busy with their own over-flowing plates. Believe if we continue to do a job on 80 hrs a week that's supposed to take 40 hrs, we're engaging in codependency and enabling dysfunctional thinking. It will continue whether knowingly or not because there's no reason to change.
