Fly to Anchorage. There’s only one other major place to fly to, and that’s Fairbanks, and Anchorage is much more interesting than Fairbanks. So then spend a day or so in Anchorage because you’ll be there anyway. Drive to Seward (2 hour drive South) for another day. Hit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, maybe the Portage Glacier, along the way (about 45 minutes into the 2 hour drive). Girdwood / Alyeska is also along the way (35 minutes south of Anchorage?) and worth a stop.
Essentially you’d be driving south along the Turnagain Arm, which is beautiful, with a couple side stops, destination Seward. In Seward try and do a Resurrection Bay Cruise. Stop at Exit Glacier just outside Seward.
All that is do-able in 3ish days. And well worth it. Anything else will likely take up too much time and be a logistical challenge.
