Warm when you get off the buses. Depending which bus you take to the start line, you’ll be standing around for at least an hour. With a 6am start, the course will start out cold. Looking at the weather the high will be 75 degrees, so the course should stay perfect running weather.

There is a lot of downhill, so be ready for that. The last 5 miles is fun because you’ll be running by supporters which keeps you going.

There are a few hills, but there aren’t any that are too steep. Stay hidrated and eat plenty of electrolytes along the race.
