Nice work, I was 250 at the beginning of December and and down to 213, PBF is down to 22% and have went up 5+ lbs in
muscle. Hoping to get under 200 by the end of June and into the teens for PBF. Haven't been below 200 since 2010. It's amazing how much better you feel dropping weight.
