There has been several other amature documentarians who did what Spurlock said he did
and they actually published their food journals (which Spurlock did not do), and had none of the 'horrific' side effects that Spurlock claimed to have or showed. I can't remember the guys name, but I remember watching it on Amazon Prime — he followed the same rule that Spurlock did for 1 month, and didn't do any exercise or anything and he gained like 13 lbs in a month (by no means a good thing) — the next month he continued to eat only McDonalds, but walked 4 miles a day, and took a multivitamin — he lost 6 pounds.
Eating McDonald's everyday for all your sustenance is no bueno, but Spurlock had some other stuff going on and some people say he was also taking in about 3000-6000 calories a day of protein shakes to sensationalize his 'findings'
