and they actually published their food journals (which Spurlock did not do), and had none of the 'horrific' side effects that Spurlock claimed to have or showed. I can't remember the guys name, but I remember watching it on Amazon Prime — he followed the same rule that Spurlock did for 1 month, and didn't do any exercise or anything and he gained like 13 lbs in a month (by no means a good thing) — the next month he continued to eat only McDonalds, but walked 4 miles a day, and took a multivitamin — he lost 6 pounds.
Eating McDonald's everyday for all your sustenance is no bueno, but Spurlock had some other stuff going on and some people say he was also taking in about 3000-6000 calories a day of protein shakes to sensationalize his 'findings'
