It turns out I'm still royally confused. I was told that investing is still not a "restricted category" though I had thought it was. However, I still don't see that category on my phone when I'm not logged into the site. I try to toggle Investing category on and refresh the board and nothing shows up at all.

Maybe I'm saying the wrong term? Maybe it's not "restricted", but some other label that means it doesn't show up if you're not logged in? What am I missing? If Investment isn't restricted, why can't I see it when not logged in?
