Coach Young has a great reputation for teaching and player development, and he's surrounding himself with experienced college guys (with hopefully some additional NBA player-development expertise/experience coming from NBA world), so one would hope that whatever talent he's able to acquire will be properly coached up. Should be a fun process to watch.
