How much more worth it are those new fancy double-hung windows?

Ted Lasso Believe.

I have a bid for $5300 for 10 nice strong standard windows, and $8300 for the super awesome windows.the fancy ones can tilt inside, both panels move, they have nicer screens, and don't have a pocket at the bottom. They slope out at the bottom.
And have nicer components and seals in general.

Thoughts?
