How come you can adjudicate an illegal screen to be a foul on the screen defender but can’t do the same on an out of bounds where it touched one player last but only because he was fouled and lost it?

All anyone cares about is you get it right. What are we doing with replay if you can’t look at the full context and make the right call. Just dumb.

Also can change defensive to offensive, and call flagrants for head contact.
