I was prescribed it to control my blood sugar before it became the miracle weight loss trend. There have been a few times I've been unable to get the prescription because it's out of stock.

I haven't gained weight but I haven't lost anything either. I eat too much junk food because it is tasty. It does help control my blood sugar.

I know I need to eat better and exercise more.
