It looks like the downspout was clogged or water wasn’t diverted there properly and it has been going down the side of the house in this corner. Some of the bricks are loose and the mortar is obviously falling apart.

This is in Salt Lake county… do any of you know of someone that could look at an issue like this and give me an estimate on the cost to fix it? The sellers say this is “minor” and won’t give any concessions to address it. Here’s a pic of the area:
