The whole thing is 2.5 miles but you can of course start and stop whenever. And how long it takes depends entirely on
How long you spend at each spot. Some are obviously more interesting than others. There are tons of places to stop, eat, drink, and get ice cream along the way.
We did it with our kids who were 7, 10, 12 and did the whole thing and they were fine.
