It’s been 20+ years since I’ve done these drills… Tell me who screwed up so bad that the CF had to make a tag at home

Both middle infielders chase the pop fly, looks like 3B goes to cover second, which forces catcher to cover third. Should the pitcher have been covering second? Or maybe covering third after seeing 3B move to second? Should 1B be trailing the runner or have moved to home?

Marion Local centerfielder hustles and tags out the runner at home. The centerfielder made the tag at the plate.

With a runner on 1b, the 3b and catcher have no responsibility other than to cover their bag

Bases were empty, but that probably doesn’t change assignments. So the pitcher should’ve covered second?

Yes. Pitcher should have gone to second.
