I just had the worst episode of this I’ve ever had. I was at the church with my
Boy and his friends and I was laying down on the ground and took a short nap while they were playing basketball.

We stood up to go and I blacked out for what seemed like a long time. Fortunately I was next to a wall so I stabilized myself. After a few seconds of black, I heard my boy saying “are you ok?” And I slowly came back to.

I felt like my eyes were shut, but he said they were as wide as could be. My Garmin said my HR was at 38 at the time.

I had just run 10 miles for the morning and was a little tired.

But I notice these episodes when I am in a higher training volume and stand up too fast and start walking too fast.

Based off of your profile, I assume you’re a heavy endurance athlete as well. But I’m 41yo. I imagine it just gets worse.
