get up with 1.5 laps to go? I saw what I thought was the third place runner go down and the announcers didn't even mention it. Or was that a runner who was getting lapped? Or were my eyes playing a trick on me (like did I see someone in the long jump pit)?

I know its just track and field but their video presentation of this event is lousy.
