They do sell nontoxic resins these days but most resins are toxic and you need nitrile gloves and should wear eye protection.

Other handy things are some equipment to rinse your prints in (some are water soluble but most resins need isopropyl alcohol or something like simple green to rinse them in) and a UV curing station (or you can rest them in the sun).
