Anyone getting paid less than $20/hour is probably very easily replaced and/or
Stepping stone job.
My wife works from home part time for $17/hour. Extremely easy, low stress job. She chooses her own hours and the PTO, sick time is very good as well as a 6% 401k match.
Honestly, her company doesn’t even know what she does. Her manager did an evaluation of her and said something like “I don’t really know what you do… but how are you doing at it?”
