What utah places do you miss? Mine: Super grinders on 4500 south and Take Five on 5300 south, both in Murray.
I’m sure neither was as good as I remember but still sad to see them close years ago.
I found a local Dallas sub shop that’s pretty close to grinders (Great Outdoors #8 with cheddar on white, toasted and served hot with Italian peppers, onions, mayo and oil) and I make a mean version of Take Five’s mustard relish for their grilled footlong. But neither are quite the same.
Honorable mention: Naugles, Winchels donuts

There used to be a burger drive in place north of LES on canyon road. May have been Hawkins? We went there after BYU
