It has to be a message board that isn’t centered on a topic of primary interest (for them), and there has to be a common cultural element, like a religion, that they don’t agree with and those 1.8 posts per day need to be largely troll posts and some subtle and/or not so subtle digs that’s are counter to that cultural thing.
