I don’t know how old she is but know that she’ll still likely need reading
glasses some day, I don’t think LASIK is supposed to change that. So if the idea is no glasses but she’s close to reading glasses age anyway, it may not be worth it.
I had it done 10+ years ago when I was 22. It’s been great, never regretted it. I haven’t had any problems. I also hated putting in and wearing contacts.
